Educational Qualifications Required for SSC Stenographer Posts
Candidates must have passed the 12th (Intermediate) standard. Additionally, they must possess the stenography skills required for these posts. Applicants must be able to complete a dictation in English or Hindi lasting 10 minutes at a pace of 100 words per minute (wpm) for the position of Stenographer Grade ‘C’. The required dictation speed is 80 wpm for Stenographer Grade’ D’.
SSC Stenographer Vacancy Age Limit
- For Grade C Posts: 18 to 30 years
- For Grade D Posts: 18 to 27 years

SSC Stenographer Recruitment Application Fee
The Female candidates and SC/ ST, Ex-servicemen, and physically handicapped categories are exempted from the payment of the application fee.
