Tamil Nadu Technical Services Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess the necessary educational qualifications relevant to the post they are applying for. For example, for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil), a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required. Detailed qualifications for each post can be found on the official notification.
TNPSC Combined Technical Services Exam Age Limit (As of 01/07/2024)
- Minimum Age: 21 years (18 years for Foreman Marine)
- Maximum Age: 32 years for general category (varies by post and category)
- Age Concession: Various concessions are available for SCs, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs, and other categories.
TNPSC CTS Recruitment Exam Fee
All the candidates will have to pay a one-time registration fee of ₹150/- (valid for 5 years) to register for the TNPSC Combined Technical Services Examination. Along with this registration fee, they are required to pay an examination fee of ₹100/- through an online mode of payment. Applicants from special categories can also avail of fee exemptions as per the recruitment notification rules.
