TA Officer Posts Educational Qualification Details

To be eligible for the Territorial Army Officer Recruitment, candidates must possess a graduate degree, with a preference for those in Cyber Security or Computer Science.

Additionally, candidates should have at least three years of experience in core penetration testing, cyber security, or as a CEH. Recognized certifications in CEH, penetration testing, or cyber security, or three letters of recommendation from industry experts or accredited institutions, are essential.

Territorial Army Officer’s Selection Process

The selection process for Territorial Army Officer Recruitment involves four phases:

1. Document Check: Verification of qualifications and experience to prepare a merit list and issue call letters for the written test.
2. Written Test: A 100-mark objective test covering various aspects of cyber security. Candidates scoring 60 percentile and above qualify for the practical test.
3. Practical Test: A 100-mark test conducted in a CTF (Catch the Flag) event format, focusing on solving challenges in cyber security domains.
4. Interview: A 300-mark interview conducted by the Directorate General of Territorial Army. Recommended candidates undergo a medical examination and police verification.
