Chhatisgarh Forest Guard & Driver Selection Process
The selection process for the CG Forest Guard Recruitment 2024 involves several stages:
Physical Test: Candidates will first undergo a physical test to measure their fitness levels. The physical standards for male and female candidates vary, and marks are allocated based on performance in different events.
- Height (Unreserved): Male – 152 cm, Female – 145 cm
- Height (SC/ST/OBC): Male – 163 cm, Female – 150 cm
- Chest (Normal): Male – 79 cm, Female – 74 cm
- Chest (Expanded): Male – 84 cm, Female – 79 cm
- 200-meter race: 25 marks
- 800-meter race: 25 marks
- Long jump: 25 marks
- Shot put: 25 marks
Written Test: Candidates who pass the physical test will proceed to a written examination that assesses their knowledge and skills relevant to the Forest Guard role.
Driving Test: For those applying for Driver posts, an additional driving test will be conducted to evaluate driving skills and understanding of traffic rules.
